1. Services Provided
ClearCheck performs background checks based on information provided by applicants. The results of these checks are sent directly to the landlord, who has paid for the service.
2. User Responsibilities
- Applicants: You must provide accurate and complete information for the background check process.
- Landlords: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the background check results and using them in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Privacy
ClearCheck is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your information with any third parties. All data provided is used solely for the purpose of conducting background checks. No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
4. Fees and Payments
Landlords are required to pay for the background check services at the time of order. Payments are processed through our secure payment system.
5. Communication
ClearCheck may send text messages to applicants to remind them to complete their applications. By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in (via a checked box or equivalent mechanism), you agree to receive text messages related solely to the application process. (Not checking a box is not expressed consent).

Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” to 74549 at any time.
Additional Disclosures:
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Short Code: All text messages will come from the short code 74549.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClearCheck provides background check services “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Modifications to the Terms
ClearCheck reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
